Please read the following about our application process:
Anyone 18 years old or greater is considered an adult and will have to pay an application fee; and, if approved, be included on the lease.
Applications must be complete, fill in all the blanks!
Applications with false information will be declined and terminated!
All adult applicants must present a current state or government issued picture ID and Social Security Card bearing your legal name. If current address is different than the one on the ID, a utility bill, vehicle registration, or similar document. bearing your name and current address must be presented.
The application fee is $50 per adult, whether applicants are married or not. We accept money orders and cashiers’ checks only. No personal checks. No cash.
Your gross monthly income must be verifiable and at least three times greater than the monthly rent. Ex.: If rent is $300/month, your gross income should be at least $300 x 3 = $900/month. This can include the verifiable income of any adult applicants. Applicants receiving SSI, disability, court ordered child support, or other support as part of their income must provide legal documentation of that income. (Please Note: gross income is money earned before taxes!)
All applicants and co-applicants will be subject to a credit and criminal background check and; if the application is approved, their names will be on the lease.
Credit checks must not reveal an eviction, unpaid rental judgments or unpaid utility bills. The credit check must not reveal more than five (5) satisfied judgments from one company and no rental judgments from more than one company for any reason. All rental history is considered.
Any other credit will be considered. There must be a balance between good and bad credit. Credit reports are carefully examined.
Rental applications will be declined for the following types of felonies: drug(s), prostitution, weapon(s), assault and battery, other violent crime charges within the last five years. Repeat offenders of any type of crime. Registered sexual offenders or a history of a sexually related conviction, and applicants must be released from parole/probation
